About

REFRESH UX is an innovative perspective on user centered design. UX should not only be about the science of ensuring something is “usable,” but should emphasize the art of creating “useful experiences.”

Useful & Usable

A balanced approach to the art and science of design means not shying away from experimenting with visuals, and interactive prototypes throughout the entire process to create discussion, gain feedback and actually feel what the experience could be. Yes, every plan should include a fair amount of testing with actual users to validate concepts and fine tune usability, but we can’t overlook the value of a well thought out design idea. Users help us understand what is usable, designers create what is useful.

A balanced approach of visualization & validation is fundamental for successful modern design.
